Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients of all ages.
Assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Utilize coding systems to document the services you provide.
Qualifications:

Valid LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC license in Florida.
Ability to apply for and receive an Indiana Telehealth Certificate for Out-of-State Practitioners or an initial Telehealth Provider Certification.
Experience working with pediatric and adult populations is preferred.
Knowledge of special education services and resources.
Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills.
Ability to provide effective case management services.
Proficiency in conducting group therapy sessions.
Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to supervise LCSW Associates (LCSWA), MSWs in need of supervision, or BSW interns.
Work Environment:

This is a remote position. To ensure a productive work-from-home experience, please have an internet connection that meets the following criteria:

Public Wi-Fi is not permitted; satellite, cellular, and microwave connections require leadership approval.
Work from a dedicated space that minimizes interruptions to protect member PHI and HIPAA information.
