We're seeking talented and dedicated clinicians to provide telehealth services to individuals receiving comprehensive treatment for a range of behavioral health conditions. What You'll Do:
Provide telehealth services to clients via secure video sessions.
Utilize a secure web platform for scheduling and documentation.
Deliver treatment plan interventions through a proprietary chatbot designed to extend therapeutic support.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
What You'll Need:
Active LMFT or LMHC license in Massachusetts; additional licenses are a plus!
A passion for working with kids 8+.
Knowledge of state telehealth policies.
Comfort and proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms.
Ability to build strong therapeutic relationships virtually.
A polished and professional virtual presence.
Strong ability to assess client needs and determine appropriate levels of care.
Experience treating a variety of conditions and disorders within a comprehensive treatment plan.
Ability to use technology for administrative and clinical support (scheduling, notes, chat, web/app-based interventions).
Ability to work remotely in a secure and private location.
Access to a smartphone, laptop, and reliable internet connection.
Successful completion of a background check.
Bilingual skills are a plus!
