Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Life & Health Insurance Producer to join our dynamic team. This role involves working with prospective and existing clients to identify gaps in their financial plans and utilizing insurance-based solutions to better align their goals and resources. The producer will guide clients through an educational process, helping them create actionable plans for debt elimination, cash flow optimization, survivorship scenarios, and estate planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with prospective clients to identify gaps in their financial plans and recommend appropriate insurance-based solutions.
• Educate clients on financial planning concepts and help them develop and implement actionable plans.
• Implement custom insurance-based strategies, including case design, application, underwriting, and delivery.
• Identify opportunities for introductions to our sister company, STRIDE Investments, for comprehensive wealth management services.

Value Added:

• No cold calling or prospecting: Our marketing department positions producers in front of pre-qualified prospective clients and insurance related cases associated with our Wealth Management firm.
• Replicable educational process: Helps clients quickly understand the value of proposed solutions and collaborate on customized strategies.
• Team approach: Manage your pipeline independently while leveraging team support for operational efficiencies, case designs, and client service.
• Mentorship: Receive 1-on-1 mentorship and support from senior leadership.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Initial compensation: $80k - $100k+ based on production.
• Long-term compensation: $120k - $180k+ after a few years within our system.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Life and health insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience (entry-level candidates with strong potential will be considered).
