Job Details:

• Lead and Develop the Transportation and Logistics strategy and execution in collaboration with Product Development, Legal, Engineering and critical stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to prevent stockouts, overstock situations, and waste.
• Coordinate the transportation of goods to ensure on time delivery.
• Leverage technology and logistics management systems to enhance visibility, track shipments, and analyze performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to optimize our supply chain cost structure vendor engagement, project management, and collaboration with partner teams on system improvements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential disruptions in the supply chain.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Demand Planner
• CSCP, CPIM, CPSM or other related nationally recognized certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Advanced MS Word skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365 required
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Must have the ability to break down high-level strategic direction into tasks
