Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Job DescriptionMechanical assemblers will be responsible for upfitting, making custom build trucks, and repairing hydraulics, electrical wiring, custom-built rear ends, and custom-built beds for trucks. These trucks will be used on train tracks, necessitating a high level of mechanical expertise. Most custom builds and assemblies will be done by interpreting blueprints and schematics.

Work EnvironmentWork in a garage-type setting similar to a local Jiffy Lube or mechanic shop but with larger vehicles such as semi-tractors and Ford F-550s. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 3:30 pm. During the ramp season in Q2, some overtime might be required.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
