Working in a medically regulated clean room environment, using a microscope to assemble and inspect products. You will perform basic coil assembly, connect tubes, feed wires through tubes, count, sort, and inspect parts. After certification, you will move to other stations, including manual feeding and catching of parts with machines. You will inspect wires, measure them, and follow work orders to complete the assembly process. Note that the parts and wires are very small, hair-like thin.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect products using a microscope in a clean room environment.
• Perform basic coil assembly, connect tubes, and feed wires through tubes.
• Count, sort, and inspect parts to ensure quality.
• Move to other stations upon certification and perform manual feeding and catching of parts with machines.
• Inspect and measure wires, and follow work orders to complete assembly processes.

Essential Skills

• 3+ months of manufacturing or production experience.
• Ability to comprehend and read work instructions in English.
• Excellent hand dexterity.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in clean room, medical assembly, packaging, electronic assembly, grinding, inspection, and machine operation.
• Consistent work history with excellent communication skills.
• Strong motivation to enter manufacturing and medical fields.

Work Environment

First shift from Monday to Friday, 6 am-2 pm. Working in a medically regulated, clean, and well-lit environment. Most positions require standing, with some involving sitting. The break room is equipped with vending machines, fridges, and microwaves. The job involves working with thin medical coils, requiring attention to detail and good dexterity. The machine stations are safe but require comfort working around larger machines.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blaine, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.80/hr.
