Our Los Angeles based creative team is seeking an individual with a solid foundation in graphic design, a strong eye for typography and branding, a passion for beauty and fashion, and a discerning eye for aesthetics. This role requires both creativity and precision, ensuring that every project enhances our visual narrative.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Print Design from Scratch: Lead the creative process by developing original print designs from concept to final product, ensuring that all materials are visually compelling and aligned with brand identity.
2. Print Production Proficiency: Play a crucial role in the entire print production process, from initial design to final delivery. Your expertise in preparing print-ready files and coordinating with vendors will be essential to ensuring high-quality outcomes.
3. Brand Aesthetics: Maintain and elevate a visually consistent brand representation across all print materials, applying your keen graphic design eye to every project.
4. Design Excellence: Strive for creative excellence in every aspect of design, embedding high-quality standards in every pixel and vector.
5. Cosmetics and Beauty Artistry: Leverage your understanding of the cosmetics and beauty industry to create visually appealing, on-brand materials that resonate with the target audience.
6. Chain Production Experience: Utilize your expertise in chain production to ensure that all materials are produced efficiently and consistently across multiple channels.
7. Beauty & Cosmetics Experience: A must-have requirement is experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or makeup industry, enabling you to create designs that reflect industry trends and meet the needs of our clientele.
8. Collaborative Contribution: Work closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional departments, bringing a graphic designer's perspective to ideas, concepts, and design elements to create a cohesive visual identity.
9. Project Support: Maintain organized calendars and timelines to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality print materials.
10. File Management: Organize and manage design files meticulously, ensuring they are easily retrievable, referenced, and shared.
11. Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and versatility in supporting various aspects of ongoing operations.

Preferred Skills:

• 3D Modeling and Rendering: Experience in 3D design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work, is preferred.
• SketchUp Familiarity: Experience with SketchUp or other 3D software like Blender, Maya, or Rhino is preferred.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in a mid-level graphic design role, preferably with exposure to the cosmetics or beauty industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong time management and organizational skills with a graphic design mindset
• Ability to thrive under deadlines and in high-pressure situations
• Accept direction with an impeccable attention to detail and and appreciation for aesthetics
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a graphic designer's collaborative spirit
• A portfolio showcasing your best work

The anticipated salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget.
