*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Motor Coach driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to various destinations while ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain the motor coach in optimal condition.

*Duties*
* Operate motor coaches and other vehicles, in a safe and efficient manner.
* Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers at designated locations.
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and mechanical integrity.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the motor coach interior.
* Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing any inquiries or concerns during transit.
* Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations while driving.
* Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger counts.
* Communicate effectively in English with passengers and team members.

*Qualifications*
* Previous driver, or motor coach operator is preferred.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus.
* Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance tasks on vehicles is advantageous.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with passengers of all ages.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
* Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.
