Easy going family is looking to hire a Live In Housekeeper/Nanny in Livingston, New Jersey.


The Ideal Candidate: Help get children ready for school - prepare breakfast, make lunch, etc.Daily housekeeping duties - deep clean house 1-2x days per week, light cleaning other days, laundry everyday, ironing, make beds, change sheets 1-2x times per week. Help with getting kids to activities after school. Occasionally help with picking kids up from school. Be willing to be with kids/in house when kids have playdates and/or my husband and I are out. Help prep/prepare dinner and clean up (if you don't cook, still apply!) .Help take care of small dog


What Works Best for Family: Willing to learn and help where needed. Flexibility with hours.

Position Responsibilities

• Childcare: 2 Children, Ages 11 & 8
• Housekeeping: Full Housekeeping Required
• Cooking: Help Start/Prep for Dinner,Plain Cooking Required,Family Meals ,Special Dietary Restrictions
• Laundry: Family Laundry,Hand Wash Delicates
• Ironing: Required
• Errands: 2/3 times a wk Grocery Shopping
• Driving: Required

Position Requirements

• Work Hours: Flexible- some early mornings, some later nights- about 40-45 hours per week- would love Tuesday-Saturday night/Sunday morning but Monday-Friday is ok too
• Languages: English
• Experience: Years of Experience
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background: Background check upon contingent offer of hire
• Personality Traits: loving, outgoing, energetic, loves kids and dogs, flexible

Position Compensation

• Salary: $33- $35 per hour depending on experience and skills
• Living Accommodations: Live In
• Vacation: 5 weeks paid
• Additional Benefits: federal holidays off and paid
