Position Overview

The Oracle NetSuite Administrator will be the cornerstone for ensuring the optimal performance and continual enhancement of our NetSuite environment. This role demands a proactive approach to maintaining the system, deploying customizations, and integrating solutions that support our strategic growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to our business units, delivering robust technology solutions that align with our business needs while ensuring cost effectiveness.

Essential Job Functions

System Management and Customization

• Maintain, optimize, and upgrade the NetSuite application along with related third-party business applications.
• Develop, test, and implement customizations, custom objects, and new modules within NetSuite to meet evolving business requirements.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for managing updates, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring seamless integration with other core business platforms.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Provide ongoing support and training to users on NetSuite, including the creation of saved searches, reports, KPIs, dashboards, and user roles.
• Collaborate with business units to assist in data analysis, process mapping, and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to customizations, workflows, and business processes.

Requirements

Professional Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ERP administration, configuration, and integration, preferably within complex environments using NetSuite.
• Advanced understanding of NetSuite's functionalities, including custom records, CSV import/export, page layouts, workflows, roles, and permissions.
• Experience with NetSuite Finance, scripting, and web services.
