Case Specific Rate
We are looking to fill a case located in Sunnyside WA
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00 am- 4:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday 6:00 am - 4:00 pm
Pay Rate Range: $40-45

Qualifications
• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license
• TB skin test -2 step (current within last 12 months)
• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience
• Must have reliable transportation
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
• Continuing Education as required by state
