Our office is looking for an organized and self-motivated office manager/administrator responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel. Dental Office experience is required. To be successful in this position, you should be detail-oriented, professional, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
• Knowledge of dental terminology is required
• Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, and presentations.
• Coordinating and managing appointments and staff
• Maintaining general office files, and other files related to our practice

Requirements:

• 2 or more years of dental office administration experience
• Experience using EagleSoft or dental software is a plus
• Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• Experience with dental insurance verification and processing
• Comfortable handling confidential information.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
