OP Corporate Bank , for several years, has been one of the fastest growing banks in Lithuania and is currently looking for a Cash Management Advisor to join their highly professional team in Vilnius.

Job Content: 

• Managing relationships of large corporates in Cash Management area
• Selling and aftersales actions of Cash Management services according to processes as a part of Customership Team
• Conducting customer onboarding process including AML risk analysis
• Managing customer contracts and other related documentation
• Working closely with agile teams, providing Cash Management advice and support to customers and Relationship Managers, participating in customer meetings together with sales in the role of an expert
• Participating in cash management projects including service enhancements and their implementations
• Acting as a back-up to local Cash Management Advisor

Requirements :

• Experience in banking business area
• Good understanding of Cash Management services and needs in the area
• Familiar with liquidity management, AML, ATF, Fraud and AFC topics and ability to use the knowledge in practice when analysing customers and their business
• Excellent team working skills as well as the ability to work independently
• Great communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritize, take responsibility and work under pressure
• Higher education that supports in performing the above tasks
• Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills
