Russell Tobin and Associates is supporting a world-class material science organization that has an opening for a part-time Operations Administrative Assistant near St. Paul, MN !

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Operations department files and other reference documentation, coordinating communication acknowledgements, and ensuring that trackers are updated and accurate
• Scheduling and supporting on- and off-site meetings, video conferences and teleconferences and making necessary arrangements to set-up meeting space.
• Organizing recognition, ordering meals, logo items, etc per direction of Operations team.
• Responding to information requests by creating and/or compiling materials including data requests and presentations.
• Supporting Supervisors for to complete administrative tasks.
• Other general duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED or higher
• 1 year of experience performing common administrative functions and software (e.g., telephone, e-mail etiquette, MS Office Suite, expense reporting, mailings, supply/equipment ordering, and meeting planning)
• Experience supporting a manufacturing setting preferred
• Strong computer sills

Additional Details:

• Employment Type: 1 year contract
  Position Location: Hybrid/Onsite position - in plant at least 3 days per week
• Pay rate range approved : $18-$21/hr, depending on 
• Working hours : Flexible: 20-30 hrs/week. This could be 4hrs/day for 5 days, or 3x8 hour days or some combination. In plant at least 3 days per week.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
