We are increasingly being contacted by HNW, high profile and celebrity clients in LA looking for either temporary, contract or ad-hoc support as well as full time permanent roles. If you are currently based in LA and have experience supporting at the highest level across business, personal and household duties and are looking for a new role it would be great to connect. Hours: Various Location: LA Salary: Dependent on experience Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Business and Personal diary and travel management Email management Management of the household Managing expenses / budgeting and liaising with accountant Managing correspondence Making personal appointments Errand running Personal shopping Managing private events Liaison with family members and other personal contacts Candidates must be / have: Experienced providing business, private and household support to high profile or HNW individuals Ideally working VISA or Right to Work in the US Flexible with hours and able to cope with last minute change of plans and conflicting demands Strong IT skills Confident and efficient with a 'can-do' attitude Trustworthy and discreet Enthusiastic and proactive
