Here, your responsibility and opportunity to excel will not be hindered, as this is a very collegial atmosphere where performance always overrides politics. Within this very interactive and cooperative environment, you will ultimately be exposed to all aspects and phases of IP litigations (i.e., patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, ITC Section 337), PTAB proceedings, and Federal Circuit & Other IP Appeals. The bulk of the cases will relate to large, complex Federal District Court patent infringement cases. Senior Counsel - IP Litigation Attorney Requirements: At least 8 years of IP litigation experience and a focus on patent litigation Substantial patent litigation case management experience Experience dealing with all phases and aspect of Federal District Court patent cases Technical undergraduate or graduate degree, preferably in engineering, physics, or computer science preferred, but not required USPTO registration preferred, but not required Associate - IP Litigation Attorney Requirements: 3 to 5 years of patent and IP litigation experience with a focus on patent litigation Strong desire to have progressively increasing case and client responsibility Technical undergraduate or graduate degree, preferably in engineering, physics, or computer science preferred, but not required USPTO registration preferred, but not required Notes for Potential Candidates: All fees are paid by client firms and companies.
