Role and Responsibilities
: As a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include:
•Effectively managing policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage questions to provide seamless service..
•Demonstrating prompt and professional responses to client inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction and needs are met
•Maintaining meticulous client records and documentation for efficient record-keeping and streamlined processes.
•Collaborating with insurance carriers to swiftly resolve issues and offer optimal solutions.
•Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide clients with accurate and current information.

Requirements:
•A Pennsylvania Property and Casualty insurance license is preferred. Candidates without a license are encouraged to pursue one, with full support provided by us.
•A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance customer service or a comparable customer service role.
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
•Impeccable attention to detail and organizational prowess for maintaining precise records and ensuring thoroughness in all tasks.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems to efficiently handle administrative responsibilities.
•The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, skillfully managing multiple tasks concurrently.
