Qualifications:

  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint. Perform basic PDF editing and use Microsoft Teams for messaging.
  • Highly beneficial to be able to lift and transport heavy packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to visit the local post office.
  • Time management skills to manage the time throughout the day and perform related operations for the mail and print room.
  • Highly organized with the ability to ensure the mail and print room is organized for a suitable and safe working environment.
  • Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills are a must.

Education:

  • Associates Degree is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Engaging, responding and managing client requests to ensure on site clients expectations are met.
  • Health and Safety Management - implementing Industry Best Practice operations to provide a safe working operation for the employee and those around them.
  • Proactively acknowledge and engages clients to provide a positive customer service experience.
  • Sort, organize, deliver incoming mail or email recipient for pickup.
  • Collect and record incoming courier deliveries.
  • Relocating deliveries to stockrooms, event spaces, offices throughout the building and the loading dock.
  • Forward shipments to other offices utilizing the company shipping portal.
  • Review the print queue and complete submissions.
  • Review job orders to determine specifications such as quantities, production times, special instructions, and finishing.
  • Inspect printed requests for quality-related issues.
  • Assist with high-volume black and white, color printing, finishing, and delivery.
  • Assist with poster mounting, trimming, laminating, binding, booklet making, notepads and other print-related specialty needs.
  • Maintain print equipment in good working condition by making customer-approved repairs and adjustments. Call repair service when necessary.
  • Maintain paper and supply records and notify low inventory to management.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is [[$46,800.00 - [[$67,800.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
