Role:

Are you a compassionate licensed or provisionally licensed therapist with a desire to grow and thrive in a supportive environment? Do you value flexibility in your work hours while aspiring to transition into a full-time role with approximately 20--25 clinical hours per week? If you answered yes to these questions, our Clinical Therapist position may be a perfect fit for you. Our practice offers the perfect blend of autonomy, support, and growth opportunities! We're seeking a licensed or pre-licensed clinician who shares our passion and is eager to join a practice that genuinely cares about our clients and clinicians.

About You:

• You're not just a therapist - you're a person who cares about providing the highest level of professional care. Your ability to connect with clients and facilitate meaningful change sets you apart.
• While you excel with a diverse range of clients, you have a particular affinity for supporting clients with anxiety and relationship challenges.
• You have 2 years or more of experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals. (We won’t turn you away if you have experience with couples, too!)
• Your practice is firmly rooted in a therapeutic modality. Your interventions are based on an evidence-based clinical model you are excited about.
• You've considered private practice but have been hesitant about the administrative responsibilities that come with it. You're ready to focus on what you do best while enjoying the support of a collaborative team.
• You're seeking a practice where your voice is valued, your professional development is encouraged, and your well-being is prioritized.
• You're excited about the opportunity to gradually transition into a full-time role, starting with flexible part-time hours, eventually leading to approximately 20-25 clinical hours per week within 5 months.
• You are open to working in a private pay practice and are eager to say goodbye to the administrative hassles to allow for more time for the work you love.

Qualifications:

• Psychology, Counseling, and Mental Health skills
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensure as a Psychotherapist in Illinois (LSW, LCP, LCPC, LCSW, PsyD).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to provide empathetic and non-judgmental support
• Experience in Relationship Counseling
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Willingness to gradually ramp up to approximately 20-25 weekly clinical hours within 5 months.
