Job Description

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Are you always the first to help? We want individuals who thrive in an environment where they get to solve problems, provide support, and create guests for life. Public Safety Officers are responsible for observing and reporting, to keep our guests and employees safe, all while providing exceptional communication and service.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • CPR/AED/First Aid Certification preferred.
  • Valid PA State Issued Driver's License required.
  • 6 months of experience in safety or hospitality preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with the public and other team members in verbal and written form.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as with a team.
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Must be able to stay calm in hectic or stressful situations.
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays during ski season.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
  • Maintain and review daily activity log.
  • Investigate and provide detailed reports of all incidents and injuries.
  • Provide exceptional guest service to deescalate any incidents.
  • Maintain confidentiality with respect to guest and employee incidents.
  • Observe and report on emergency situations, including medical, security, guest complaints, etc.
  • Monitor cameras, and review if applicable.
  • Check safety hazards and complete Incident/Accident reports in a clear and concise manner when necessary.
  • Patrol resort to ensure that areas are secure and free of unauthorized persons and disturbances.
  • Partner closely with members of our security, and medical teams for incidents.
  • Perform all other duties as requested.
