Real Estate Administrative Assistant in San Diego, CA , to assist a high-caliber real estate agent. The Opportunity You'll be our go-to person, expertly handling a variety of tasks. You'll need to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead of Robert to keep Him organized and efficient. You'll be involved in every aspect of the business, from scheduling photography and staging, managing Contractors or Vendors for Remodeling Projects, managing showings, and relaying agent feedback to clients. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a calm demeanor.
Responsibilities Your responsibilities will cover a wide range:

Delivering top-tier, concierge-level service to our clients that we are known for •Database Management and Client Marketing Management
•Overseeing, managing, and upgrading systems and procedures
•
Managing our team's listings with meticulous attention to detail •Transaction management - open to close
•
Drafting listing agreements •
Coordinating incoming offers •
Preparing counter-offers •
Acting as the point person for various third parties and vendors •
Collaborating closely with our transaction coordinator In addition to real estate-specific tasks, you'll take on key Executive Assistant duties:
•
Managing your lead agent's email inbox and calendar and all incoming calls •
Ensuring your lead agent is fully prepared for all appointments •
Handling correspondence and scheduling on behalf of your lead agent •
Briefing your lead agent on upcoming meetings and providing necessary materials •Assisting with preparation for speaking engagements
•Supporting the exploration and management of new investment opportunities

Qualifications REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: •2+ years of experience assisting a Real Estate Agent, office, or team
•Real estate license is REQUIRED
KEY SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY: •Outlook
•Google Suite of Services
•Real Estate Software: MLS, Dotloop, Zipforms, DocuSign, Dropbox, etc...
•CRM experience: Referral Maker, Market Leader, BombBomb, and KW Command are a plus
•Trello experience is a plus
•FlowDesk and Kajbi experience is a plus
•Understanding and use of AI
The Details: Salary: $65,000 - $74,000 based on experience and license, plus bonus
Benefits: Paid Vacation, Sick Days, and a 401(k)
Hours: Full-time (8 am-6 pm), M-F, flexibility on nights and weekends required
Location: North Park (must have access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license)
