We are hiring a wholesale dispo agent for our real estate investment company. No real estate license or experience is required. 100% commission based. $100,000+ a year potential.

As a Real Estate Closer, you will play a crucial role in finalizing property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient closing process. You will work closely with buyers, agents, and lenders to facilitate the successful completion of real estate deals. This is a commission-only position, offering high earning potential for driven individuals. No previous real estate experience or real estate license is required. We cover the whole state of TX

$85,000 - $135,000 yearly

• Conduct phone-based negotiations and close sales deals
• Making outbound calls to potential buyers and following up on leads
• Manage, build rapport, and nurture leads in our company's database
• Provide accurate information about properties
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Closer or similar role in real estate transactions
• Strong knowledge of real estate closing procedures, legal documents, and title processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Proficiency in real estate software and tools
• Valid real estate license (preferred but not required)
