Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customerfocused Remote AllInclusive Resort Specialist to join our team. As a Remote AllInclusive Resort Specialist you will play a pivotal role in curating luxurious and stressfree vacation experiences for our clients. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while enjoying appealing travel perks collaborating with diverse vendors and benefiting from unlimited training opportunities to excel in allinclusive resort coordination.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vacation preferences interests and desired amenities for allinclusive getaways.

  • Design personalized allinclusive resort itineraries encompassing accommodations dining activities and relaxation options.

  • Utilize your strong organizational skills to manage resort bookings special requests and coordination with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients ensuring their vacation expectations are met and exceeded.

  • Foster relationships with various resort vendors securing services that align with clients relaxation and recreation aspirations.

  • Stay informed about the latest allinclusive resort trends destinations and exclusive offerings.

Requirements

Requirements :

  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA Australia and Mexico.

  • Possess a computer smartphone or tablet with reliable internet access to facilitate remote work tasks.

  • Strong organizational capabilities multitasking skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service orientation to build rapport with clients vendors and team members.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for seamless interaction and coordination.

  • Selfdiscipline a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
