Job Summary: As a Webinar Consultant within the 4Patriots Webinar Team, your primary mission will be to professionally engage with our customers, increase the educational webinar funnel by inviting new customers in, completing thorough follow ups with all webinar registrants and attendees, and promoting outbound sales. You will also be responsible for creating a positive and informative experience for participants in 4Patriots’ weekly Preparedness Webinars. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach, engaging with potential participants, and ensuring the success of our webinars. Your focus will be a consultative sales approach with an emphasis on customer education, while leading a customer through developing a proper preparedness plan.

Day-to-Day Accountabilities:

The Webinar Consultant’s day to day duties and responsibilities will include:

• Performing the functions of Moderator for 4Patriots educational webinars, including greeting attendees, collecting data, fielding questions, and keeping the Chat conversations on topic.
• Managing a pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow up and closing the sale, while also introducing more leads into the webinar funnel
• Being reliable and eager to work closely with a growing team to achieve departmental goals
• Being coachable and willing to take teaching and instruction to better your knowledge and consultative approach to customer education and sales
• Identifying customer’s needs and tailoring consultations to meet those needs ? Collaborating with internal teams, such as phone sales, bulk sales, collections, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Presenting yourself in a professional manner in the industry as it pertains to attire, language, vocabulary, and mannerisms while on camera, phone, and email with a customer.
• Maintaining knowledge of industry trends and education to be prepared to address customers’ needs that may arise during a consultation.

Background:

• 0-2 years work experience
• Degree/ Background In: Communications, Marketing, Business, Recruiting, or something similar

Relevant Experience, Strengths / Seeking Track Record of Success In:

• Experience working on a team to advance a goal or initiative

• Strong proficiency in verbal and written communications

Work Environment and Travel Requirements:

Work in a well-lit, ventilated and climate-controlled office environment with routine office equipment; some equipment has moving mechanical parts. Noise level in the work environment is typical for an office environment. Remote, work from home accommodations are possible. Minimal overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air.
