NSK Corporation in Ann Arbor is looking to hire members to its
Rotational Program !
The new graduate selected will go through a 12-month rotational training program based in Ann Arbor. This is a wonderful opportunity to accelerate your career growth through real world corporate level! Upon completion of the rotational program, the individual will be assigned a role within NSK. The assignment will be located in Ann Arbor, MI or elsewhere in the United States depending on availability and role. This is an entry level position.

NSK's Rotational Program is designed for recent graduates, early in their careers, who are interested in a role within sales, engineering, data analytics, marketing, and/or demand planning. In the program, candidates will build their knowledge about NSK by spending time in various departments within the company. Within the departments, the candidates will work on strenuous projects geared to provide career development and internal growth of NSK. A candidate that has a strong technical background and is pursuing a professional sales, engineering, data analytics, or other related degree is preferred.
NSK's Rotational Program is designed to prepare candidates for the following potential career paths:
- Sales : Members will be assigned a sales territory in the US and relocate following their graduation from the program. Sales members will be responsible for establishing and managing customer relationships, supporting existing accounts through technical support, and new business development.
- Engineering : Members will join one of application, design, or manufacturing engineering teams based in Ann Arbor, MI or one of our other locations within the US.
- Marketing : Members will support NSK's sales growth through customer engagement, technical content creation, and digital marketing efforts.
- Data Analytics : Members will drive improvements in pricing, inventory health, forecasting, and sales opportunity conversion by applying analytical tools to drive business solutions.
- Demand Planning : Members will manage and drive improvement of inventory levels and sales through forecasting, managing production orders, and process improvements.
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
- Open to relocation upon completion of the program.
- This is an entry level position.
