Summary
The Division Sales Manager will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and developing new customer sales to facilitate the growth and profitability of the Division. The successful candidate will be committed to the highest level of integrity, trust and responsibility; bring a hands-on approach to day to day operations, and exhibit strong leadership, planning and management skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-developing strategies for customer management
-monitoring and managing major customer issues
-developing working relationships with multi-disciplines within the customer base
-negotiating pricing and other commercial/contract issues
-working with outside sales force to identify and penetrate customers within the Division’s defined market strategy
-managing the Division’s quotation process by qualifying new opportunities and prospects, prioritizing quotation opportunities within the division, developing and managing the sales strategy for each opportunity, and presenting important proposals to customers and prospects
-managing the new business award process – including contract negotiation.
