Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Salesforce UX/UI Designer to ensure a unified and consistent user experience across all Salesforce clouds globally. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Clouds, a keen eye for detail, and a robust design thinking mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating new and enhancement requests that impact designs and strategically transforming them to enhance the overall user experience. Your mission is to unify user
interfaces and align each new design and enhancement with the future state, thereby building a best-in class user experience for Ford Pro Customers. You must be proactive in reviewing current experiences across all Clouds and making strategic recommendations for customer-requested improvements.

Key Responsibilies:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into
user-friendly and consistent designs across all Salesforce clouds.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for Salesforce applications, ensuring a cohesive UX.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design and design options, where applicable.
Ensure designs are aligned with Salesforce best practices and Ford Pro guidelines or style guides.
Work closely with developers to ensure design implementations meets the highest standards.
Stay updated on the latest UX/UI design trends and Salesforce platform updates.
Enhance current Ford Pro design language & style guides, as appropriate.

Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on Salesforce AutoCloud,
Sales Cloud, Markeng Cloud, and Industry Cloud.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
Strong design-thinking mind set. Able to understand how the parts fit into the whole and vice
versa.
Trailhead badging to confirm Salesforce experience
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience in Lean, Lean thinking, Scrum, and Kanban
