Job Description
Position: SAP FICO /S4 HANA Functional Lead Analyst
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite)
The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for managing the corporate ERP system, SAP S4 HANA, and ensuring its optimal performance. Additionally, the candidate will lead the SAP S4 HANA consolidation at the enterprise level, assimilating different ERP systems from subsidiaries while maintaining business as usual at each site during the strategic consolidation process. ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the SAP S4 HANA ERP system at the corporate level, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient ERP operations.
Develop and implement ERP strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of ERP systems.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve any ERP-related issues.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of ERP processes and configurations.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Monitor ERP system performance and implement improvements as needed.
Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and technologies to recommend best practices.
Lead the SAP S4 HANA consolidation at the enterprise level, assimilating different ERP systems from subsidiaries.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP S4 HANA.
Experience in managing and optimizing ERP systems.
Experience in leading ERP transitions and upgrades.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in a regulated industry, preferably pharmaceuticals or biotechnology, is a plus.
Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or PMP.
Experience with other ERP systems besides SAP S4 HANA.
Familiarity with database management and SQL.
Experience with regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
