🎯 What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies across diverse commercial market segments, managing campaigns, sales collateral, and training materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, and Digital Marketing teams to align strategies and achieve goals.
• Actively lead Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives to ensure insights drive continuous improvement in products and customer experience.
• Represent Cambro at industry trade shows, events, and associations, staying ahead of industry trends and ensuring effective market communication.
• Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify opportunities, inform strategies, and support product launches.
• Create compelling presentations, webinars, and training modules for sales, customer service, and customers.

✨ Our Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Has 4-6 years of impactful marketing experience, ideally in B2B or foodservice industries.
• Demonstrates exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), project management capabilities, and a knack for strategic planning.
• Comfortable speaking publicly, both virtually and in-person, with excellent presentation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to manage changing priorities effectively.
• Ability and willingness to travel overnight for industry events.
