A leading technology company specializing in a global software is seeking a highly experienced Senior NetSuite Administrator to join its dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to maintain and enhance a complex system landscape, manage business-critical applications, and support cross-functional teams in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. As a pivotal member of the team, you will oversee critical systems, drive seamless integration, and ensure operational efficiency across departments. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, manage technical projects, and provide ongoing support for system administration and enhancements, all while taking direct ownership of your work. Responsibilities Primary System Administration: Manage and support the NetSuite ERP, including configuration, troubleshooting, and maintaining data integrity. Vendor Collaboration: Partner with third-party Oracle NetSuite vendors and integrators for effective solutions and support. API and Scripting Support: Leverage JavaScript and REST API scripting to enhance system functionality and integration. Application Support: Administer and provide technical guidance for Zendesk, including integration with Atlassian products. Data Management: Conduct data audits, monitor system performance, and resolve data integrity issues. User Support & Documentation: Provide system access support, address technical inquiries, and maintain comprehensive system documentation. Cross-Functional Project Involvement: Participate in all phases of project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to solution architecture, configuration, and training. Required Skills & Experience Extensive ERP/CRM administration experience, including 2-3 years of NetSuite-specific expertise and API integrations. Technical Support Knowledge: Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Zendesk, ServiceNow, or Jira. Scripting and Integration Tools: Hands-on experience with REST API scripting and integration platforms like Boomi or Celigo. Collaboration and Communication Skills: Strong customer service orientation and ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders. Desired Skills & Experience Certifications: NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification is highly preferred. Salesforce Experience: Previous exposure to Salesforce is a plus. Documentation Skills: Proficiency in creating and maintaining documentation within Confluence.
