Job Description
The Showcase Presenter presents the Hilton Grand Vacations’ portfolio of products to assigned tours. This position will be responsible for ensuring the Sales Tour is a positive Guest experience, aligned with Hilton Grand Vacations’ mission, vision, and values. This position will be accountable for driving sales results and will be encouraged to partner with Sales Executives, TO Sales Leaders, and Sales Management to further the goals of the Sales Team.

\n Schedule Details: \nOur Sales Department operates 7 days per week, shifts start between 7:00am-7:45am and end when client interaction is complete. 5 day work week will be assigned following completion of training based on business needs.
\n Additional Responsibilities Include: \nFacilitate a Microsoft PowerPoint/Other Format presentation while speaking.
\nEnsure integrity and excellence in podium presentation and podium materials including equipment.
\nResponsible for driving sales results.
\nMaintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and prospects.
\nSupport and Coordinate with the Training Department and Learning & Development regarding curriculum, methods of presentations, and product knowledge.
\nAssists in conducting morning meetings, specific training, ridealongs, as requested by management.
\nPrepare any materials vital for the presentation and ensure computer equipment is functional prior to the start of the presentation.
\nEnsure the presentation area is maintained and ready for next tours.
\nMeet and Greet with Guests as they are waiting for tour and presentation to start.
\nUnderstand the Hilton Grand Vacations Sales process and attend refresher trainings as needed.
\nDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of Hilton Grand Vacation product and have a high level of product knowledge and usage rules.
\nPerform all other reasonable tasks as requested by Sales Management.

Qualifications

\n\nTo fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
\n\n1-3 years of proven work experience with delivering presentations or public speaking.
\n\tStrong computer Microsoft Office Suite digital literacy.
\n\tPositive relationship skills.
\n\tExcellent verbal communication skills and a dynamic speaker.
\n\tKnowledge on presentation/public speaking fundamentals.
\n\tHigh school/GED.
\n\tValid Hawaii State Real Estate License.
\n\tFlexible Schedule - nights, weekends, holidays.
\n\tIt would be advantageous to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
\n\nPrevious work experience in the Entertainment/Theater/Performing Arts industry or related course study.
\n\tPrevious timeshare experience.
\n\tBA/BS/Bachelor's Degree.
