Mayvin is seeking a skilled Signal Trainer to join our team at Ft. Liberty, NC, supporting USSOCOM. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive training on various communication and information systems, ensuring that personnel are proficient in the use and maintenance of these technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of network and server management, system security, and IT best practices. Join our team at Ft. Liberty and play a crucial role in empowering USSOCOM personnel with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively use and maintain critical communication and information systems.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Top Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and deliver training programs on satellite systems, networks, voice, data, and video equipment, ensuring users are proficient in their operation and maintenance
• Instruct on best practices for data protection, including encryption, access controls, and secure data storage
• Teach the setup and use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) to ensure secure remote access to network resources
• Provide training on SharePoint for collaboration and document management
• Ensure instruction is compliant with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

• Instruct diverse groups on internet safety practices, including recognizing and avoiding phishing attempts, malware, and other online threats

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 14 years of experience in IT training or a related field, with specific experience supporting military operations preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or similar.
