As the Site Superintendent/Working Foreman , you will be at the forefront of each project, managing our dedicated team and subcontractors to maintain safety, uphold quality, and complete projects on time and within budget. This position offers the opportunity to lead on-site construction efforts while directly contributing to the company's growth and client satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead representative of Kleiber Construction on the job site, ensuring adherence to our core values.
  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations, including supervising employees and subcontractors, managing supplies, and maintaining an efficient job site.
  • Ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of projects, making proactive adjustments as necessary.
  • Prioritize safety, address any incidents, and promptly report to management.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and maintain open communication with clients, employees, and trades.
  • Proactively schedule materials and subcontractor activities to keep the project on track.
  • Conduct weekly and annual performance evaluations, ensuring team development.
  • Submit weekly job progress reports and maintain job documentation, including progress photos and client updates.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and job close-out procedures, including punch lists and client handover materials.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in construction management is a
  • 57 years of construction experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong skills in all areas of residential construction (e.g., framing, roofing, finish work).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working on active construction sites.

 

Salary and Benefits:

  • Full-time position
  • Competitive hourly rate at $30 - $40, based on experience.
