We are a high-end construction and property management company seeking experienced, hard-working, reliable, and responsible Construction Laborers to join our growing team! Minimum duties will include, assisting with site prep and cleanup, using hand tools, sweeping and picking up materials, and other various duties as assigned. We are always looking for people with more qualifications.

Skilled Laborer Responsibilities:

• Moving materials and ensuring all tools, machinery, and other equipment are safely set up.
• Operating equipment like drills, pneumatic hammers, shovels, pikes, and other heavy machinery.
• Obeying health and safety codes, as well as the company's principles.
• Site work and underground work.
• Performing site and equipment inspections.
• Ensuring tasks are completed to deadlines.

Skilled Laborer Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of construction and practical experience with tools.
• Must have own hand tools
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• A good understanding of safety procedures.
• Great hand, eye, and foot coordination.
• Willingness to learn and be flexible.
• Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills.
