We are looking for a developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing frontend and backend software for complex windows desktop and web applications. Must be able to collaborate with business users in management as well as general staff to identify and document application requirements and needs. The ability to translate software requirements into working and stable solutions to existing and future application development projects. An understanding of the full development lifecycle of an application (requirements documentation , design, coding, UAT testing, deployment, steady state support, and scheduled release updates). Utilizes the latest best practices in developing applications and willing to seek out new innovations in order to achieve company goals. This person should be able to work within a team environment as well as on their own as needed with little supervision. Must be able to analyze projects/tasks in order to provide reasonably accurate timelines and check points to reach project completion.

• Technical Skills:
  • 3+ years’ experience in Visual Studio VB, ASP and/or C# .net developer programing language(s).
  • 3+ years’ experience in document, design and construction of desktop windows and/or web applications.
  • 1-3+ years’ experience in Microsoft Excel, Access a must.
  • Familiarity with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Python, R and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) a plus.
• Database Skills:
  • 2+ years’ experience in DBMS technology like SQL Server, Oracle and MySQL
  • 2+ years’ experience in SQL coding methods and standards.
  • Familiarity with using SSRS, SSDT, Power BI a plus.
• Other Skills:
  • Experience in training Machine Learning (ML) models and techniques.
  • Skills with tools/coding predictive analytics and modeling a plus.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to do small venue presentations.
  • Advanced problem solving skills.
  • Analytical and detail oriented mindset.
• Responsibilities:
  • Work with current management and teams to find and address new business solutions as needed.
  • Write functional requirements for both windows and web based applications.
  • Troubleshoot/debug application issues as needed.
  • Create mockups and/or prototypes as needed to illustrate new/existing application features.
