Job Details

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team in the Renewable Energy Industry. This role is integral to the successful delivery of our large-scale solar projects, partnering with Project Managers to assist them from inception through completion.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, finance, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of utility-scale solar projects.
2. Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports, to ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of project status.
3. Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals, and making necessary adjustments to project plans as needed.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the renewable energy industry or EPC space
2. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Strong documentation skills and ability to use Project Management tools such as MS Project or equivalent.
5. A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is a plus.
