Our Vandalia, OH location is currently seeking a highly motivated Rotational Program Co-Op to join our team.

This is an onsite position in Vandalia, OH. We are specifically looking for local candidates within driving distance of our site.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Collaborate with mentors and team members to understand business operations and processes.
• Participate and select 2-3 functions hands-on projects related to:
  
  • Engineering (Mechanical, Application, Electrical, Process, Medtech)
  • Quality
  • Operations Leadership
• Build professional relationships across various departments.
• Contribute to large-scale projects where you will take a leading role.

Our Requirements:

• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Must have at least 3 semesters (spring, summer, fall) remaining to qualify for the program.
• Available for full-time work (40 hours per week) during each 16-week rotation.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a passion for learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and eager to explore different functional areas.
• Pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, finance, etc.).

New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve. The additional Holidays will fall in the week between Christmas and New Year's. This policy is under review and can be changed.
