Job Specifications:

- Job Type: Full-time

- Location: Virginia Beach, VA

- Pay Rate: $19/hr

- Shift: Monday-Friday, 4pm-12am

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Operate forklifts to transport materials to and from storage areas, loading docks, and production lines.

- Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of goods and minimizing damage.

- Perform daily safety checks on forklifts and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor.

- Keep accurate records of inventory movements and assist with stock counts.

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines.

- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including packaging and sorting.

Qualifications & Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, specifically operating forklifts.

- Proven leadership and team management skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

- Dexterity to handle small tools and components.

- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the production floor for extended periods.

- Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ISO, and Environmental Standards.
