Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced  Starbucks Store Manager  to join our team at our  Courtyard by Marriott Baton Rouge Downtown Hotel . As a Starbucks Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our Starbucks team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence. • Ensure efficient and smooth operation of the Starbucks store.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.

• Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels.

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Assist in the implementation of promotions and marketing initiatives.

• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

SKILLS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Experience in management for a Starbucks, food service , hotel or similar environment preferred.

Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.

Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.

Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment 

Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends
