Strom Engineering Minnesota has an exciting new opening for a registered Structural Engineer with a great company located in the Twin Cities, MN. A minimum of 5 years of job-related experience is required.

Duties: * Lead and work with others to successfully complete projects in a wide variety of markets.
* Creates and executes project work plans and revises plans to meet changing requirements.
* Manages team development and serves as a mentor for junior engineers.
* Effectively communicates at all levels including with project team, managers and clients.
* Identifies resources and assigns responsibilities.
* Manages all aspects of a project and reviews deliverables before delivering to client.

* Applies the firm’s methodology and enforces project standards and quality assurance procedures.

* Manages project(s) budget.

* Maintains client files and manages day-to-day client interaction.
