About The Role As a
Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in delivering dynamic lessons and ensuring that all students receive the assistance necessary for academic success.
Responsibilities Of The Teaching Assistant - Work with the class teacher to deliver inclusive lessons tailored to diverse needs.
- Support daily activities to foster an engaging learning environment.
- Provide focused assistance to small groups and students needing extra help.
- Build positive student relationships, supporting social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Track and report student progress to inform and enhance learning strategies.
Requirements Of The Teaching Assistant - Hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
- A proactive, compassionate approach to supporting students and adapting to their unique needs.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour to connect effectively with students and staff.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students thrive.
- Prior experience in a teaching assistant role is beneficial.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to adapt to various classroom dynamics.
- Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
