Job Description
Aurium Group LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern/Technical Proposal Specialist to assist in drafting technical proposals and establishing a comprehensive proposal submission system for government RFPs. The ideal candidate will work closely with our team to ensure all proposals meet federal guidelines, are compliant with all solicitation requirements, and are submitted on time.
Qualifications:
• [Intern Position: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.]
• [Professional Position: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.]
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Experience with government contracting and understanding of federal acquisition regulations (preferred for Professional Position).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with proposal management software (e.g., Deltek, Salesforce) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the creation and submission of technical proposals in response to government RFPs.
• Develop and maintain a proposal management system to streamline the proposal submission process.
• Research and analyze government solicitations to determine requirements and evaluate the competitiveness of proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary information for proposal submissions.
• Ensure compliance with all solicitation requirements, including technical specifications, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Draft, edit, and format technical documents, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Track and report on proposal status, submission deadlines, and outcomes.
• Support the continuous improvement of proposal processes and templates.
