Position Summary

We are seeking a Season Pass/Ticket Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for resolving guest issues and handling special requests. Your courteous responses and solutions will ensure our guests have a memorable experience. You will also assist in supervising frontline staff, planning and assigning work, training, and scheduling.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Being the primary point of guest service contact, performing tasks in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Coordinating daily operations of the Season Pass/Ticket booth.
• Staying informed about all current products, promotions, and procedures.
• Promoting and selling our products, managing cash outs, and assisting staff with cash handling.
• Maintaining a pleasant attitude while addressing guest needs and concerns.
• Acting as a communication bridge between line staff and management.
• Keeping records and logs up to date.
• Ensuring positive, accurate, prompt, and courteous service while helping guests select the best products for their needs.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong reading, math, and computer skills are essential.
• Previous supervisory experience, customer service, and cash handling experience are required.
• Resort experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with POS software is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
• A friendly and professional demeanor is crucial for this service role.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to perform basic math accurately.
• Timely and reliable attendance is essential.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
