We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Title Clerk in the Automotive industry, based in Covington, Kentucky. The position primarily involves processing customer titles and registrations, coordinating vehicle inspections, and managing relevant documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer retail and lease titles and registrations.
• Handle the processing, logging, and follow-up on titles for out-of-state customers.
• Manage the process of resale titles.
• Coordinate the vehicle inspection process diligently.
• Responsible for producing checks for title batches, registrations, and license plates.
• Oversee the mailing, copying, and filing of retail and lease deal related paperwork.
• Enter title status notes in Lightyear DMS accurately.
• Issue refund checks to customers promptly.
• Reconcile assigned accounts meticulously.
• Perform other duties as assigned related to the role of a Title Clerk.• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Strong skills in Data Processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook
• Experience in Check Processing and Closing Processes
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Experience in Data Entry and Documentation
• Knowledge of Auto Insurance and Auto Loans
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus
