Job Description:

We are seeking a sharp, energetic, and driven Travel Coordinator to support our VIP Travel Managers. If you have a knack for organization, a passion for travel, and a desire to provide outstanding customer service, you could be the perfect addition to our team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support VIP Travel Managers in all facets of their jobs.
  • Work directly with 4- & 5-Star hotels globally to ensure our client's expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Collect, review, and correct hotel folios.
  • Aid in handling reservations with high accuracy and quality from inquiry to check-out.
  • Help manage the reservation process and update the company’s database.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and clients.
  • Contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction through phone and email communication.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Hospitality preferred) is a requirement.
  • 1+ years of experience in travel agency roles, hotel operations, or related fields.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing a top-notch client experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A positive attitude, a team-oriented approach, and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Proficiency in a second language is a plus
