Job Summary:

The Tank Wash Administrator will analyze financial and operational data for all tank wash invoices. This role supports the tank wash program by helping management maintain a positive tank wash margin.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Research and resolve invoice disputes on tank washes to recoup charges

· Understanding contracts for correct billing practices

· Engage in regular meetings with team and management; addressing issues to identify and implement improvements toward efficient operations

· Identifying commodities that are set up on trailers to recoup charges

· Responding in a timely manner to a high volume of emails

· Processing a high level of tank wash invoices for a group of terminals and providing approval when applicable

· Supply tank washes with PO numbers, Coupa PO's and EFS when necessary

· Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

· 1-2 years of tank wash or product knowledge preferred

· 1-2 years of invoicing or billing experience preferred

· Experience with Google Apps preferred

· TMW knowledge preferred

· Experience with data and financial analysis

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Advanced knowledge in Excel

· Excellent analytical skills

· Organized and detail oriented

· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment

· Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently, as required

Education and Experience:

· HS Diploma Required, 4 Year Degree preferred
