About the Role:
As the Practice Manager, you will be the backbone of our hospital's operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing personnel management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Acting as a liaison between veterinarians and support staff to ensure effective communication.
• Managing daily accounting transactions, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Implementing marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
• Maintaining our facility's standards for patient care and client interactions.
• Overseeing maintenance of facility and equipment

Ideal Candidate:
We seek someone with:

• 8 years of veterinary experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.

Compensation:

• Based on experience and licensing, starting at $28/hour and up.
• Potential for increase within 90 days based on performance and skills
