Signing Agent Jobs ( is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Virtual Mobile Notary Public to work in the U.S. only. JOB TYPES: Contract; MUST be a U.S. citizen. CATEGORY: Leases OVERVIEW: In this position, you will be notarizing lease agreements virtually for clients in your coverage area (in your state of residence). This is a contract position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

THE DAY TO DAY TASKS…

Coordinate and schedule virtual lease signings with clients, tenants, and property managers. Verify the identities of signatories through secure video conferences. Administer oaths, affirmations, and notarize lease documents as required. Ensure all lease signing processes are conducted in compliance with state and federal notary laws. Maintain accurate records of notarizations and lease signings. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients during virtual lease signings. Work independently and efficiently to meet lease signing deadlines and client expectations.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE…

High school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Notary Public, with specific experience in virtual lease signings. Familiarity with state-specific notary laws and regulations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. High level of professionalism and integrity. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, high-speed Internet, a webcam for virtual notarization, along with a home office set-up. PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment. BENEFITS: 401(K); Contract work; Flexible schedule.
