We're looking to hire a Freelance Associate Visual Merchandising Designer for a global beauty brand to support the Global Visual Merchandising & Retail Experience Team. Location: Hybrid schedule on-site 3x per week (Tuesday-Thursday) in NYC. Length:6 months Covering a parental leave Working Hours: 9-5:30pm 32 hours per week Responsibilities: As a Freelance Designer, you will support the Team with creative needs, including window decals/table wraps, in-store graphics, 2D & 3D graphic design, technical drawings, and production-ready artwork. Work with internal teams such as Creative Operations, Image, Store Design. Present to leadership, take feedback and implement changes. Manage projects and their timelines. Requirements: Experience in visual merchandising design; tester displays, gondola designs, display design, styling, events or related areas - preferably luxury beauty brands. Beauty experience is required. Proficient in 3D design programs (Rhino, Keyshot), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
