Warehouse Lead at CONAGRA summary:

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for maintaining inventory control of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods to support production operations during the 2nd shift. This role involves receiving, storing, and distributing materials while ensuring safety and quality checks are performed. Additionally, the Warehouse Lead operates forklifts and navigates inventory software to maintain accurate records and inventory levels.

Shift: This role is 2nd Shift, 6:00 PM-6:30 AM

Hourly Rate: $24.30 an hour + $1.50 shift differential

The Warehouse Lead maintains inventory control of raw materials, plant consumables and finished goods to support production operations. You will receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment and products. This position is onsite in the North Mankato, MN plant and you will report to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Safety:

· Follow all safety procedures.

· Safely operate fork truck to pick up, transport and stack pallets.

· Ensure precautionary measures are taken to secure warehouse contents

Quality:

· Understand and comprehend materials release logs and job pick sheets.

· Deliver correct inventory to production floor.

· Perform quality checks.

Inventory / Warehouse:

· Monitor inventory to ensure production operation needs are met.

· Ensure accuracy of Bill of Material to actual use.

· Receive incoming material

· Assist with dock schedule management to coordinate incoming and outgoing material.

· Label finished goods with accuracy.

· Complete finished goods in SAP.

· Verify accurate inventory counts of raw materials and finished goods

· Perform sanitation tasks to clean and sanitize all warehouse equipment.

You Have:

· Ability to interpret common internal reports and supporting documents.

· Ability to navigate inventory software systems and develop basic excel and word spreadsheets.

Education and Experience

· Must have at least 6 months of forklift operating experience
